Nail and toenail fungus is a condition that start as white or yellow spot under the tip of your nail. As the fungal infection goes deeper, your nail will change color, become thicker and smashed at the edge. If not treated the fungal infection except for making your nails look bad and unclean, it might become very painful and uncomfortable.

To fight this bacteria, you may try the following recipe:

Recipe Ingredients:

  • 5 tablespoons of baking soda
  • 1 glass or about 200ml of apple vinegar
  • 1 liter of warm water

Preparation:

Pour 1 liter of warm water in large bowl and add five tablespoons of baking soda. When the baking soda is dissolved in the water, put your feet in the mixture and keep them inside for at least 10 minutes. Then, remove the feet from the bowl and let them dry naturally without wiping them.

When your feet are totally dry, add the apple vinegar into the bowl and put your feet again into the mixture for 10 minutes. Again, let your feet dry naturally.

Baking soda helps to soaks up moisture that causes nail and toenail fungus. Vinegar is found to prevent and/or slow the growth of nail and toenail fungus.

Additionally, you might put baking soda inside your socks and shoes to soak up the moisture.
