Why do I have stretch marks on my breasts?
Several reasons can explain the appearance of stretch marks on the breasts. The most common causes are lack of hydration, rapid weight gain or loss and puberty (girls experience significant physical changes due to hormones). You can also have stretch marks after increasing breast volume. In some cases, the causes are purely hereditary (other women in the family tended to have them). Natural Remedies for Removing Stretch Marks
Egg white
Rich in vitamin A, protein and collagen, the egg white will help repair and heal the skin.
In a bowl, beat an egg white until it becomes fluffy and then apply to your chest with a piece of cotton. Wait about fifteen minutes before washing with water and then drying. To renew this treatment twice a week.
For faster results, mix two egg whites with olive oil. Then, apply all on your chest by performing a gentle massage. Wash thoroughly after ten minutes. To repeat this process regularly.
Lemon juice and coconut oil
Lemon juice is rich in vitamin C. In addition to acting as a bleaching agent, this nutrient helps reduce stretch marks quickly.
In a bowl, mix a tablespoon of lemon juice and a tablespoon of coconut oil until a semi-clear liquid is obtained. Once the mixture is ready, apply it on the stretch marks and cover your chest with plastic wrap. Place a hot towel on it for half an hour.
After the time has elapsed, remove the towel and wipe off excess oil. To get rid of streaks, apply this mixture every night before going to bed.
Aloe Vera gel
There are antioxidants that boost collagen production for a more elastic skin in aloe vera. To reduce stretch marks on your chest, simply mix a tablespoon of aloe vera gel and two tablespoons of olive oil. Then, apply the mixture to the affected parts every night before going to bed.
